About O2.

O2 has developed wind power projects with with a total of around 500 wind turbines, both onshore and offshore. This is a significant part of the operational wind power in the Nordic region today. Through its focus on high quality large-scale wind farms, O2 was also the first developer to secure non-recourse project financing for a Nordic wind farm already in 2007.

With presence in the market since the early 1990s, O2 has built cutting-edge expertise at all levels of the value chain in wind power development; from the initial project development processes, through financial and technical engineering, construction, to operation and management.

O2 provides access to sustainable energy solutions. At present, this takes the form of flexible investment opportunities in wind power projects, with a focus on turn-key structures, that yields competitive returns for the investors and complies with strict quality and environmental requirements. The vision is that O2, as an independent and enterprising company, will drive the switch towards renewable energy with diverse ownership.
